Security for your data entry projects

Document Security
Original source documents from our clients are not distributed to our data entry service team. Documents are scanned using high-speed document scanners and our team works from the scanned images. When required, we utilize the services of a certified document destruction firm to dispose of source documents, thus further insuring security of the documents.

IT Infrastructure
Firewalls are implemented for the network to assure inbound / outbound security. The entire network is secured with anti-virus software implemented at the server and the client level. Alarms have been installed on all platforms and network components to indicate security breaches. Data entry and text verification are performed from images over a secure network. Nothing ever leaves our network. Images, data, and all processing stay within our network. Our data entry service staff do not have the ability to print or download images or data. Data is sent over using 128 bit encryption to assure maximum security for browsers

Scanning at Your Site
For projects where document security is crucial and volumes are large enough, we can send our scanner and scanning operator to your site and perform the scanning in your office.

Disaster Recovery
Our production systems are housed in off-site data centers. All data is backed up frequently, thus ensuring rapid failover capability in case the primary site ever becomes unavailable. To provide redundancy with Internet connectivity, our production site is served by multiple backbone providers, insuring minimal downtime if any.

Confidentiality
Our data entry staff is required to sign non-disclosure agreements. We provide training to our staff regarding confidentiality and security procedures. The physical layout of the workspace also increases security compliance. In addition to all these we monitor our staff. A combination of these processes and policies gives a high level of security of client information.
